We believe that education must focus in the integral development of all people – independently of social status, age, or gender – in order to prepare them to intervene and participate in all dimensions of society, such as family, work, community and leisure. So, as an organization actively engaged with the community,one of our pillars is lifelong learning, because we have the conviction that it’s essential to sustainable development, as it promotes active, democratic and responsible citizenship.

ADES (Association for Economic and Social Development) from Curtea de Arges, Romania, is a not-for-profit organization that became a legal entity (NGO) in June 1995. ADES’ mission is to create positive social and economic change in communities throughout Romania in a professional, ethical and responsible manner.
This mission is realized through the following goals: developing professional skills and increasing labor productivity, supporting SME development and expansion, improving social and economic conditions in local communities.
REINTEGRA is a non for profit organization, established in 1999 in town Krnov, in the Czech Republic. It has become a regional market leader in all forms of reintegration into the society and job market.
REINTEGRA regularly participates in national and international projects focused on career guidance, lifelong learning, educational methods, coaching, e-learning, special methods for career counseling, integration programs, etc.
The Center for Training and Research INNEO is an association based in Rzeszów (Poland). It was founded in 2011 to provide training for young people, mostly as a part of the Human Capital programme. After two years of working on the local level and developing the network of contacts the members of INNEO have decided to develop EU projects. The association is currently involved in multiple Erasmus+ projects, mostly in fields like: entrepreneurship, computer service, education and creative industries. The staff of INNEO is highly experienced in the training provision, research, dissemination activities, as well as project management and administration.
Future In Perspective Ltd. is a private company based in the border region of Ireland specialising in the areas of education and e-learning, media production, strategic planning and business development and evaluation. Through our work on national and EU funded projects, we have engaged and supported local youth groups, migrant communities, older persons, and individuals who have been absent from education to re-engage with service providers and mainstream education and training offerings. We also have expertise in supporting businesses in niche markets such as the creative, cultural and green sectors to develop sustainable business models. In addition, we have collaborated with young people and adults to deliver a range of diverse programmes in the areas of media production and career management – supporting the next generation of creative individuals to build and sustain successful careers in the sector. Future In Perspective is a modern business that is structured to reflect the current business reality. It operates in an ecosystem made up of ever changing partnerships and alliances. We have a core staff of 6 highly skilled experts in complimentary disciplines that include project management, media production and design, instructional design and e-learning, youth development and research and general administration. Our core team is supplemented by a panel of part-time experts from Ireland and Europe.
The objectives of EMINA Foundation are to promote career guidance and conscious way of life to young people and to facilitate both national and international events focused on the social situation of the young generations. The foundation has experiences concerning the habits of young people and useful free-time activities. EMINA Foundation organises individual guidance and group activities about school and working possibilities in order to help young people. EMINA Foundation also focuses on activities which aim is to protect socially disadvantaged youth. The foundation conducts research and scientific activity as well as programmes which target different minority groups.
