IO1: Career Planning Toolkit: It consists of 36 resources, either at introductory or advanced level, that aim at building the knowledge, skills and attitudes of adult learners in relation to their job-readiness, jobseeking and job retention.
IO2: In-Service Training Programme for Guidance Professionals: It is a comprehensive induction programme for adult educators, guidance workers, employment officers, etc. that supports them to teach career planning and to facilitate the learning of target group members in non-traditional technology based learning environments.
IO3: e-Learning Portal: It is the main learning interface of the project and will offer adult learners an engaging learning environment where they can develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes in career planning.
